Real
Madrid Foundation in cooperation with the International Sports
Development Foundation, will establish seven social school football. The
seven schools that have been determined in seven cities in Indonesia
namely Banda Aceh, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Yogyakarta, Surabaya,
Makassar and Jayapura.
Chairman
of the Sports Development Foundation International, Faisal SE, Tuesday
(02/28/2012) explains, the school is somewhat different from most
established soccer schools that already exist in Indonesia.
This
school is the emphasis for social activities, which helps children who
are not financially capable, but have the potential and talent in
football. At this school, not just about football being taught, but also personality.
In addition, all students who are members will be getting health care and nutrition assistance. Nonprofit and foundation works are more social. Therefore, they do not charge a penny paid to prospective students.
Mentioned, children who were recruited age groups consist of variations, ranging from seven years to 18 years. Each school has determined the quota of students, that as many as 100 people. Interestingly, students do not just men. But 30 percent of the women's quota.
As a first step, it will hold a training program for prospective coaches at each school in the seven cities. Training program held in Yogyakarta from this Wednesday until next Saturday. A
total of 35 trainers will follow a training program that the material
is delivered by instructors from the Real Madrid Foundation, Spain.
The
program is intended to transform the patterns of training and
management standards, so that school administrators will have the vision
and mission as well as management of international standard format as
specified by the Real Madrid Foundation.
Opening of schools will be officially held on March 3, 2012. Each school will have as many as five coaches with a ratio of 5:100. Each coach will handle as many as 20 students.
The selection of the seven cities based on the results of verification are performed with the Real Madrid Foundation. Areas which verified that there are areas of social problems. Also in this area also have the facilities and infrastructure are considered appropriate according to established standards.
After this area, will be planned to establish schools in other areas as well. School program each branch will run for four years. Players who have the potential to be distributed to clubs.
