Sri Mulyani Achieved Alumni Award for Exceptional Achievement from UIUC

       University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) on Thursday (12/4), has given awards to former Finance Minister who now serves as Managing Director of World Bank, Dr. Sri Mulyani Indrawati.

        Because of professional achievement, both internationally and in the country, who helped her country and the world through contributions to government, humanity, science, art mapun human welfare, Dr. Sri Mulyani took Madhuri and Jagdish N. Sheth International Alumni Award for Exceptional Achievement.

        This is evidenced by her to be Minister of Finance of Indonesia in the year 2005 - 2010 and became Managing Director of World Bank. Dr. Sri Mulyani Indrawati to get a Master's degree majoring in Economics and a PhD from UIUC in 1992.

      During her time as Finance Minister, Dr. Sri Mulyani Indrawati has to take and implement economic policies that are thought to help Indonesia through the economic crisis. He is also thought to have implemented some important reforms in the financial sector, combating corruption and increasing foreign direct investment in Indonesia.
